Our staff and premises
The practice is staffed by three recognised specialist veterinary dermatologists, a highly experienced veterinary nurse and helpful
friendly receptionist.
Jackie Lamb VN is practice nurse at the Dermatology Referral Service. She joined the practice in February 2005 and has a wealth
of experience in the investigation and treatment of skin disease in animals.

Peter Forsythe BVM&S DVD MRCVS spent 14 years in general practice before specialising in veterinary dermatology. He founded
the Dermatology Referral Service in 2001. He is a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Recognised Specialist in Veterinary Dermatology and
an Honorary Lecturer in Veterinary Dermatology at Glasgow University Veterinary School. Peter has special interests in ear disease
and bacterial skin disease.
Jak Taylor is our full time receptionist. She joiined the Dermatology Referral Service in May 2010
Silvia Auxilia DipECVD CertVD MRCVS is the third member of the specialist team. She is a member of the European College of Veterinary
Dermatology and a recognised specialist in veterinary dermatology. She joined the practice in 2007. Silvia lives in Aberdeen and provides
the referral service based at the Bieldside branch of Town and Country vet practice in Aberdeen.
